Clergy Development and Care

The Department of Clergy Development and Care exists to serve those who serve. From preparing for credentialing, to flourishing in ministry, our goal is to support the wellbeing of pastors and their families. We seek to encourage biblical models of work and rest, champion best practices for self-stewardship, and grow in the experience of whole person wellbeing. We invest in pastors because we understand that pastors are people first, and personal flourishing leads to fruitful Kingdom ministry.
